When you are depresse...It is such a hard situation. When you are depressed you don't want to do anything, but doing things helps. It is so difficult to work through that. I also use food to deal with EVERYTHING but I am trying to break the habit.<br /><br />Well done on getting yourself to the gym. That is a huge accomplishment. All I can suggest now is to try and stay busy.
